Lulo Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to promoting animal welfare and addressing the abandonment and mistreatment of animals in vulnerable situations in Bogotá and other regions of Colombia. Through rescue, rehabilitation, sterilization, and responsible adoption efforts, we aim to educate about responsible pet ownership, tackle root causes such as climate change and social inequalities, and collaborate with strategic partners to create sustainable solutions and a legacy of respect for all living beings.

By 2030, "Fundación LULO" aims to be a leading organization in animal protection and welfare in Colombia, transforming every community into a sanctuary of respect and care for animals, and pioneering a new model of community management at both national and international levels. Through innovation in animal health, extensive education, and strategic partnerships, we will strive to establish a future where every animal has a safe and loving home, and where communities come together to promote a lasting legacy of respect and responsibility toward all living beings.
